WINDOWS
The Design Review Board (DRB) of Reston Association has approved adding the following replacement windows to the Newport Shores cluster standards:
• Marvin, Low-E II, color: "cadet grey"* with the following stipulations:
a. that all windows on a facade be replaced at the same time with the approved windows;
b. that all window trim be painted, if necessary to match the color of the replacement windows, and
c. that circular windows on the same facade must be replaced with an exact match to the existing at the same time.

• Pella, Architect Series, casement and transom, color: Eldridge Gray (addition) • Trim capping, aluminum coil, color: Eldridge Gray with the following stipulations:
1. Window dimensions, configuration, and style, and profile of frames must match the existing, and
2. Trim capping must be installed at the same time as the windows with the approved material and there must be no
alteration of the design, dimension, and profile of the existing trim, as proposed.

Unless you are installing exactly the same windows as those in the approvals above, on one full side of the house, or on the whole house, you must submit an application to Reston Association for DRB approval. Applications for windows and doors not conforming to the cluster standards must be reviewed by the Design Review Board. For more information or to submit an application contact:
