Approved addition to cluster standards for exterior colors and materials for decks and docks in Newport Shores Cluster, to include the following:
• Trex, color: Island Mist (addition)
• Trex, color: Spiced Rum (addition)
• Pressure-treated wood, color: Flood CWF-UV, stain, oil base, color: cedar tone (existing) • Pressure-treated wood, color: left to weather naturally (existing)
with the following stipulations:
1. Dimensions of decks and docks must exactly match the existing dimensions;
2. Railings, including stair railings, exactly match the cluster standard deck railing in design, color (Benjamine Moore "650") details, dimensions, and materials and that any stairs or steps be built to grade as required by county code, as proposed.
