Siding and Trim
At its meeting of June 18, 2024, Reston Association approved addition to the materials palette for siding and trim in Newport Shores Cluster to include the following:
• James Hardie Plank or other composite materials (addition)
• Wood Siding Horizonal/Vertical (existing)
• Wood Trim Horizontal/Vertical (existing)
with the following stipulation:
James Hardie Plank or other composite materials used for siding and/or trim elements must match the existing DRB - approved color palette and appearance as proposed.
