RESALE CERTIFICATE REQUEST
The Resale Certificate Request Form is used to order the appropriate Homeowners Documents for selling your home. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the links below (PDF and Word). Mail the form to: Newport Shores Cluster Association, ATTN: NSCA Treasurer, P.O. Box 3400, Reston, VA 20195.
The resale certificate will be available for pick-up or will be e-mailed within fourteen (14) days after we receive your request. A $100.00 fee will be collected at the time of delivery of the disclosure packet. Pick up address is Robert Haukness, 1476 Waterfront Road, Reston, Virginia 20194. Call 703.851.4214 in advance of pick-up.
