Introduction
The Newport Shores Cluster Association (NSCA) is a Corporation in Fairfax County, Virginia. All recorded homeowners within the community of Newport Shores, Reston, Virginia are members of the Corporation. This website has been compiled to help convey information about the community and to summarize the Reston and NSCA design guidelines and covenants. It will be updated periodically as new information becomes available. Members are encouraged to provide pertinent information to the NSCA Treasurer/Webmaster or President for inclusion in the site. Information, recommendations, or comments can be sent to [email protected]. Bylaws and Governance
The Bylaws of the Newport Shores Cluster Association, as amended October 30, 2018, outline the general rules under which the Corporation operates, including the election of the Board of Directors and Cluster Officers, cluster meetings, and the annual budget process. Annual Budget and Dues At each annual meeting NSCA members approve the budget and the assessment for the coming year. Dues are billed semi-annually on or about October 15 and April 15, for the Association’s fiscal year of October 1 – September 30. See cluster dues section for further information.
